19.04.2023 12:46:56 Добрий день. Ні, не може, оскільки неповнолітня особа не наділена повною цивільною дієздатністю.
19.04.2023 12:48:22 Ні, не може. Згідно законодавства опікуном або піклувальником може бути лише фізична особа з повною цивільною дієздатністю. Повну цивільну дієздатність має фізична особа, яка досягла вісімнадцяти років (повноліття).

19.04.2023 12:56:11 Взагалі, ні. Але якщо дитина в 16 років за певних умов через суд набуде повної цивільної дієздатності - тоді в неї будуть шанси (рішення приймає лікарська комісія і суд).

Правил опіки та піклування, які затверджені Наказом Державного комітету України у справах сім'ї та молоді, Міністерства освіти України, Міністерства охорони здоров'я України, Міністерства праці та соціальної політики України від 26.05.99 N 34/166/131/88 опікунами (піклувальниками) не можуть бути особи, які не досягли 18 років.
