30.07.2024 12:31:43 Для оформлення опікунства над дитиною, інвалідом 2 групи необхідно звернутися до органу опіки і піклування за місцем проживання. 1. Зберіть необхідні документи: - заява про призначення опікуна; - копія свідоцтва про народження дитини; - медична довідка про інвалідність дитини (2 група); - копія паспорта опікуна; - копія свідоцтва про шлюб або розлучення (залежно від ситуації). 2. Звернення до органу опеки та пеклування: - заповнення заяви на призначення опекуна; - подача всього пакету документів. 3. Проведення спеціального обстеження: - у разі потреби може бути проведено спеціальне обстеження для визначення потреб та можливостей дитини. 4. Прийняття розв'язань: - паспортний стол виробить новий паспорт для дитини з вказаним опекуном; - отримання постановлення про призначення опекунства. Пам'ятайте, що цей процес може тривати тривалий час, тому будьте терплячими та готовими до можливих перешкод.

Подати заяву до суду за місцем проживання особи, над якою встановлюється опіка / піклування, або за місцем проживання потенційного опікуна / піклувальника.

Цивільний кодекс України зазначає, що опіка над малолітніми дітьми, що були позбавлені батьківства може бути встановлена як в судовому порядку, так і органами опіки та піклування (ст. 60, 61 ЦКУ). А тому для оформлення опікунства над дитиною-інвалідом вам потрібно звернутися до одного із відповідних органів із пакетом документів.Дякую.
