01.04.2022 23:23:46 Постанова №168 передбачає, що роботодавець може в період воєнного стану звільнити працівника в період його тимчасової непрацездатності або відпустки (крім декретної та з догляду за дитиною) з першого дня після завершення непрацездатності або відпустки. Оплату по лікарняному листу по вагітності та пологах проводить ФСС у т. ч подати документи та отримати виплату можна онлайн .отримати виплати у випадках, коли роботодавець не зміг опрацювати е-лікарняний і подати за ним заяву-розрахунок, застраховані особи можуть звернутися до будь-якого зручного відділення ФСС за місцем тимчасового перебування внаслідок переміщення через бойові дії, за місцем реєстрації або в іншому зручному місці.
