28.02.2023 11:38:51 Все залежить від того, що саме ви нарушите, доприкладу якщо не заплатите орендну плату тоді орендодавець зможе стягнути з вас кошти і розірвати договір.

Загалом це штрафні санкції, дострокове розірвання договору орендодавцем тощо. З Вашого питання не зрозуміло про який вид договору оренди йде мова (землі, нежитлового приміщення, квартири). 28.02.2023 12:01:42 Добрый день укажите то что вы собираетесь нарушать и как и на чем был основан ваш договор. Тогда я вам отвечу что будет если вы его собираетесь нарушать. Обычно в таких случаях вас могут выселить сразу же,либо вы заплатите неустойку.
