Отримання пільг та підтримки: ОСББ мають право на ряд пільг та державної підтримки, таких як знижка на комунальні послуги, отримання субсидій тощо. Створюючи фейкове ОСББ, власники/директори/орендарі можуть намагатись скористатися цими пільгами без належного сплати комунальних послуг. 2. Уникнення оподаткування: Фейкове ОСББ може бути створено для уникнення сплати податків чи інших обов'язкових платежів, пов'язаних з комерційною нерухомістю. 3. Покращення іміджу: Власники/директори/орендарі можуть створити фейкове ОСББ для полегшення свого іміджу перед громадськістю або органами влади. Це може бути спроба показати, що вони дбають про благоустрій та комфорт мешканців. Щодо санкцій, які можуть очікувати власники/директори/орендарі таких фейкових ОСББ, це залежить від законодавства країни і конкретної ситуації. У разі виявлення факту створення фейкового ОСББ або порушень у його діяльності, можуть бути застосовані різні санкції, такі як штрафи, адміністративна відповідальність чи навіть кримінальне переслідування.
