11.07.2022 19:54:46 Вам можуть не надати довідку ВПО, якщо: відсутні обставини, які спричинили внутрішнє переміщення; органи державної влади володіють інформацією, яка підтверджує, що ви спеціально надали неправдиві дані для отримання статусу ВПО; ви втратили документи, які посвідчують особу (паспорт) – проте після їх відновлення, довідку можна буде отримати; ви офіційно не прописані на території області, з якої виїхали – наприклад, якщо ви прописані у Львові, проте проживали у Харкові, з якого і виїхали як ВПО, довідку переміщеної особи вам не нададуть; ви не маєте доказів, які б підтвердили ваше проживання на території, з якої здійснили переміщення. Якщо вам відмовили у наданні статусу ВПО, ви можете оскаржити це рішення. Необхідно звернутися в Окружний адміністративний суд. Також, у разі відмови, ви можете надіслати заявку повторно.
