Recently, our team was asked a question: “У нас по решению суда отключили свет за неуплату. В доме все на электроэнергии. Мы по частям платили задолженность, но началась война и мы не можем ее оплачивать, так как потеряли работу. В Облэнерго города дозвониться невозможно. Наши родственники лишились дома, они могли бы жить у нас, но у нас нет света, жить там невозможно, мы сами сейчас у родственников живём. Можем ли мы подключить свет сами? Оплатить долг весь мы сейчас не можем. Потом будем платить. Или что нам делать в этом случае?”
