Також, можна укласти договір із адвокатом про надання правової допомоги, який звернеться до командира ВЧ із адвокатським запитом щодо причин не розгляду рапорту і це максимально все активізує. Буду вдячний за оцінку консультації.
14.11.2022 17:18:55 Ви маєте право оскаржити бездіяльність до вищестоячого командування, військової служби правопорядку, прокуратури чи до суду.
14.11.2022 17:54:31 Вітаю. А сам рапорт був зареєстрований у журналі? З чого Ви взяли, що його не розглядають. Рапорт може розглядатися в термін до 1 місяця. Потрібно розуміти більше деталей.
