16.10.2023 16:06:27 Для отримання УБД (учасником бойових дій) без особистої присутності у військовому комісаріаті, слід звернутися до цього органу за місцем проживання ветерана. Вам можуть знадобитися такі документи: 1. Довіреність на особу, яка буде представляти ваші інтереси у військовому комісаріаті. 2. Копія паспорта особи, на яку оформлена довіреність. 3. Заява про надання УБД без особистої присутності (можна скласти самостійно або скористатися зразком, який надають у військовому комісараті). 4. Копия свидетельства про шлюб або іншого документа, що позначає супружню зв'язок. Звернення до ветерана може зайняти тривалий час, тому рекомендується починати цей процес заздалегідь та мати достатньо часу для отримання УБД без особистої присутності.

17.10.2023 13:15:50 Зараз для отримання УБД потрібна довідка про безпосередню участь у бойових діях. Тобто того, що ви залишили дружині мало.
