Його колеги отримують надбавки з 20 року, сказали що було якесь рішення верховного суду. Щоб отримати надбавки до військової пенсії це треба до суду звертатись? Дякую за відповідь”

31.03.2021 20:07:10 Доброго дня, якщо батько отримує пенсію за вислугу років, то при обчисленні пенсії враховується посадовий оклад, надбавки за вислугу років та військове звання на дату призначення пенсії, а також додаткові види грошового забезпечення, які мають постійний характер (надбавки за класність, таємність, за шифрувальну роботу, наукові, вчені звання та премія) за останні 24 місяці служби. Максимальний розмір пенсії за вислугу років становить 70% сум грошового забезпечення. Також важливим є чи проходив службу у зоні АТО/ООС. Надбавки дійсно пов’язані із змінами в законодавстві, які відбулися в 20. Можете звернутися до Військомату, де зберігаються відомості про грошове забезпечення вашого батька, отримайте там довідку або грошовий атестат та зверніться до підрозділу пенсійного фонду за місцем мешкання для перерахунку пенсії з урахуванням отриманих відомостей, а у випадку відмови можете звернутися до окружного адмінсуду із позовною заявою. З 0103.21 відбувається індексація військових пенсій на 11%
