Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый день. Мой муж погиб в марте 2022г. у меня есть сын 12 л. до конца апреля мы находились на окупированной территории, выехав на Западную Укр., я оформила его свидетельство о смерти и подала через ЦНАП на пенсию по потере кормильца для сына, но там ошибочно отправили письмо в Соцзащиту. Сейчас я не нахожусь в Украине, до какого периода я могу оформить пенсию или могу я это сделать удаленно, и могу ли я это сделать и для себя тоже, т.к. я не уволена с военным положением, но ЗП не получаю.”

17.06.2022 09:08:29 Доброе утро. Вам, как семье погибшего военнослужащего положена единовременная денежная помощь в размере 15 миллионов гривен. Пенсия в связи с потерей кормильца назначается в соответствии со ст. 36 Закона Украины "Об общеобязательном государственном пенсионном страховании" неработоспособным членам семьи умершего кормильца, которые были на его содержании, при наличии страхового стажа. То есть следует иметь от 1 до 14 лет страхового стажа, в зависимости от возраста умершего кормильца. При этом детям пенсия в связи с потерей кормильца назначается независимо от того, были ли они на содержании кормильца. Детям умершего кормильца, которые не достигли 18 лет или старшие этого возраста, если они стали инвалидами до достижения 18 лет.
19.06.2022 23:23:33 Звертатись необхідно до До управління Пенсійного фонду України за місцем реєстрації, для ВПО без прив’язки до місця проживання – як безпосередньо у сервісних центрах Фонду, так і дистанційно, через вебпортал Пенсійного фонду України (https://portal.pfu.gov.ua), а також за телефонами «гарячих» ліній. За номером 0-800-50-25-10 громадяни з різних куточків регіону можуть одержати консультації фахівців Головного управління Фонду Необхідні документи заява встановленої форми; паспорт; довідка Державної фіскальної служби про присвоєння реєстраційного номеру облікової картки платника податків; довідка про навчання за денною формою у загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі системи загальної середньої освіти, професійно-технічному, вищому навчальному закладі;
