Recently, our team was asked a question: “Умерла бабушка ,квартира не приватизирована , есть ордер в котором бабушка записана ребенком .Кроме бабушки прописана я и двое моих детей ,третьего не успела ,родилась во время войны .
Бабушка была моим опекуном с 10 мес .Муж бабушки умер давно ,до этого развелись ,дочь (моя мама ) умерла тоже давно ,остаёмся только мы .
Имею ли я право без суда переделать договор найма на своё имя ?И что сделать ,что бы получить положительный ответ?
