02.12.2022 14:39:18 Доброго дня рішення про перерахунок можливо оскаржити в порядку адміністративного судочинства, але потрібно вивчити первісні документи та рішення про перерахунок
03.12.2022 20:45:34 Постановою ПФУ від 12.10.2007 № 18-6 "Про затвердження Порядку розгляду скарг на рішення органів ПФУ" визначено, що скарга на рішення органу, що призначає пенсії, подається громадянином особисто або законним представником відповідно до законодавства або представником, який діє на підставі виданої йому довіреності, посвідченої нотаріально. Подання скарги відповідно до цього Порядку не позбавляє заявника права звернутися до суду відповідно до чинного законодавства. Скарга на рішення управлінь ПФУ у районах, містах, районах у містах, а також об’єднаними управліннями. Скарга може бути подана до органу ПФУ вищого рівня протягом одного року з моменту прийняття рішення, але не пізніше одного місяця з часу ознайомлення заявника з прийнятим рішенням. Пропущений з поважної причини термін може бути поновлений органом ПФЦ, що розглядає скаргу. Оскільки управління ПФУ є суб‘єктами владних повноважень, тому спори щодо перерахунку пенсій відносяться до юрисдикції адміністративних судів.
