Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мы семьей выезжали с Украины в марте.Муж выезжал через ООН на Паланке.Он шёл в этот центр беженства ООН,там сидели адвокаты и он говорил,что хочет просить убежища у Молдавии.Далее,заполнял там анкеты и ему объяснили,что если он хочет подтвердить и получить оф статус беженства,он должен пойти в миграционный центр в Молдавии,а если он проедет Молдавию транзитом в течении суток (как мы и сделали) , статус аннулируется автоматически. Отсюда вопрос-считается ли этот выезд законным?”

13.09.2022 22:07:15 Після того, як держава-член ЄС надала дозвіл на тимчасове проживання, усі права, передбачені програмою тимчасового захисту, застосовуються лише у державі, яка видала такий дозвіл. При цьому, у громадян України зберігається право відвідувати інші держави-члени ЄС у рамках безвізового режиму 90 днів протягом 180-денного періоду. Добровільне повернення додому можливе, але умови повернення залежать від законодавства відповідної держави-члена ЄС. До терміну закінчення тимчасового захисту, держави-члени ЄС повинні, виходячи з обставин, що склалися в країні походження (Україна), прихильно розглядати прохання про повернення назад в країну ЄС від тих осіб, які користувалися тимчасовим захистом та реалізували своє право на добровільне повернення. Після закінчення періоду тимчасового захисту держави-члени ЄС можуть дозволити сім'ям, де неповнолітні діти відвідують школу в державі-члені ЄС, проживати в цій країні до моменту завершення поточного навчального періоду.
