Йому необхідно або уточнити дані по зняттю з обліку (тобто чи актуальний не про терміновані документи) та з оригінал перетнути кордон, або звернутися до військкомату за місцем знаходження для виготовлення документів про відстрочку, або отриманням акту про непридатність.
