09.07.2022 13:07:39 Немає такої прямої можливості для виїзду на жаль, п.2 -7 Правил перетинання держ.кордону, затв.пост.КМУ від 27.01.1995 №57, передбачає виїзд за межі України на лікування за кордон осіб із складових сил оборони та сил безпеки, які потерпіли у зв'язку з військовою агресією Росії проти України

11.07.2022 13:55:40 Перетнути кордон наразі можливо лише за умови отримання у воєнкоматі відстрочки від мобілізації. Підстави для отримання відстрочки від призову до армії під час мобілізації перераховані у статті 23 Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку і мобілізацію", і серед них немає такої підстави як укладення трудового договору (контракту) з іноземним роботодавцем або запрошення на роботу до іншої країни. В уряді обіцяють змінити заборону на перетин кордону чоловіками призовного віку та дозволити їм виїжджати на роботу до інших країн, але поки ці зміни не прийнято. Тож поки що чоловікам не дозволено перетинати кордон з метою виїзду на роботу до іншої країни, навіть якщо є укладений контракт на роботу у певній компанії. Доведеться чекати, допоки заборона на виїзд з України для чоловіків не буде пом'якшена.
