Для цього потрібно мати довідку військово-лікарської комісії про непридатність та відповідну відмітку у військово-облікових документах, відповідно до вимог Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України, затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27 січня 1995 року № 57
11.10.2022 19:32:46 Виходячи з положень п. 2-6 Правил та абз. 16 ч. 1 ст. 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» (щодо особи, знята з військового обліку на підставі рішення ВЛК про непридатність до військової служби із виключенням з військового обліку) Ви можете виїхати за кордон при наявності запису в військово-обліковому документі про виключення з військового обліку на підставі рішення ВЛК
