22.11.2024 14:31:21 Якщо ваш батько не потребує постійного догляду і не має поміток про потребу в догляді, то йому, скоріш за все, не потрібно буде оформлювати додатковий догляд для того, щоб ви могли виїхати закордон. Однак, рекомендується перевірити правила країни, куди ви плануєте поїхати, щоб упевнитися, що немає жодних обмежень або вимог стосовно подорожей з інвалідами. Також може бути корисно отримати акт факту здійснення догляду як запобіжний захід у випадку, якщо у вас виникне необхідність показати цю інформацію при перетинанні кордону або при будь-яких інших ситуаціях.

22.11.2024 19:13:16 Вітаю, згідно інформації з Прикордонної служби відстрочку оформляти не є обов'язково, але обов'язкова вказівка - це оновлення даних. Головні умови для перетину кордону у супроводі інваліда: особи, які мають одного із своїх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка) із числа осіб з інвалідністю I чи II групи і супроводжують одного із таких батьків для виїзду за межі України, за наявності документів (їх нотаріально засвідчених копій), що підтверджують родинні зв’язки, інвалідність, а також документів, що підтверджують спільне проживання (їх задеклароване або зареєстроване місце проживання (перебування) збігається із задекларованим або зареєстрованим місцем проживання (перебування) їх батьків чи батьків дружини (чоловіка)+ закордонні та внутрішні українські паспорти Ваші та пенсійне посвідчення Вашого батько, де вказано групу інвалідності.
