У вересні 2022 року ми з чоловіком і дитиною виїхали закордон на лікування (дитина має інвалідність у зв'язку з онкологією), опікуном є чоловік проте не вдалось отримати посвідчення (через терміновий виїзд) маємо лише довідку МСЕК. Чи можемо ми зараз поїхати в Україну на короткий термін і виїхати назад (чи випустять чоловіка?) І чи варто в такому випадку ставати на консульський облік закордоном (інші батьки у такій ситуації ставали).”
