Проте перед тим, як робити такий крок, вам слід уважно переглянути свій контракт і домовитись про умови переведення з поточною стороною. Також можливо потрібно буде погодження з новою стороною та оформлення необхідних документів. Найкраще консультуватись з юристом або фахівцем з цивільного права, щоб уникнути можливих проблем у майбутньому.

07.08.2024 15:56:19 Я знаю випадок, коли військовослужбовця за контрактом без його згоди переводили в іншу частину. Тому вважаю, що можете. Вцілому у вас контракт не з військовою частиною, а з Міністерством оборони УКраїни в особі якоїсь військової частини.

07.08.2024 16:21:17 Вітаю! Переведення до іншої частини, в тому числі бойової, чи місцевості відбувається за рішенням командира частини, де ви служите, або керівника вищестоячої воєнної ланки. Тому, якщо ви хочете перевестися в іншу частину, вам треба написати рапорт на ім'я командира, виклавши підстави такого переведення, для переведення в іншу частину потрібно мати відношення з тієї частини та писати рапорт своїм командирам по команді, де бажано мати якісь вагомі причини.

Згідно пункту 40 Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у Збройних Силах України у разі переміщення по службі військовослужбовця з однієї військової частини до іншої для дальшого проходження військової служби дія контракту про проходження військової служби не припиняється. Окремі умови контракту за новим місцем служби можуть бути переглянуті та засвідчені підписами сторін контракту. Для переміщення потрібно : 1. Подати рапорт командиру частини про переведення 2. Мати відношення від командира роти або іншої частини, щодо доцільності такого переведення та наявності посади для доукомлектування. 3. Добра воля Вашого командира 4.
