Переведення з НГУ в ЗСУ

05.11.2024 10:20:09 Переведення з Національної гвардії України (НГУ) до Збройних Сил України (ЗСУ) можливе, але потребує виконання певних умов. Спочатку вам необхідно звернутися до керівництва НГУ з проханням про переведення до ЗСУ. Потім ваша заява буде розглянута і прийнята або відхилена. Важливо також мати на увазі, що переведення може бути обмеженим через вимоги до кількості вакансій та спеціальностей у ЗСУ. Також слід пам'ятати, що переведення може зайняти певний час і не завжди гарантується. В будь-якому разі, рекомендується звернутися до кадрового відділу НГУ або консультанта по кадрових питаннях для отримання детальної інформації та допомоги у цьому процесі.
05.11.2024 10:34:36 Вітаю! Вам потрібно звернутись із рапортом до командира В/Ч про Ваше бажання перевестись до лав Збройних сил України. Після чого має бути погодження із Вашим командиром в/ч НГУ. Надалі документи надсилаються до вищезазначених представників органів військового управління ЗСУ та НГУ. Але є ймовірність, що це зробити під час війни практично буде неможливо, оскільки все залежить від командування. Але пробувати варто
05.11.2024 11:17:38 Це можливо, однак потребує погодження командирів військових частин, а також затвердження у відповідному керівному органі Національної гвардії Україи про виключення зі списків особового складу. Якщо практично говорити, то це доволі складно , так як подібні дії потребують затвердження серед високих командирів (начальників) , що відповідно, ускладнює саму процедуру переведення.
05.11.2024 11:53:35 Переведення з НГУ до ЗСУ можливе, але вимагає дотримання певних процедур, оскільки ці структури підпорядковуються різним відомствам. Для початку потрібно подати рапорт командиру частини НГУ із проханням про переведення, обґрунтувавши причини (сімейні обставини, стан здоров'я, службова необхідність). Одночасно потрібно отримати відношення від командування частини ЗСУ, яке підтверджує наявність вакантної посади. Документи передаються на узгодження до Міністерства внутрішніх справ та Міністерства оборони, що може займати час. Відмова можлива, якщо командування не вбачає достатніх підстав. Рекомендується консультуватися з юристом, готувати всі підтвердні документи заздалегідь і підтримувати відкритий діалог із командуванням. Альтернативою є звільнення з НГУ і подальший вступ до ЗСУ, що також має свої особливості.
