Зокрема це врегульовано ЗУ Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу.
03.06.2023 20:00:58 Можна спробувати просто перевестись. Портібно отримати відношення із тої в/ч, куди хочете перевестись, та погодити перевведення зі своім командиром. Для цього подати на безпосереднього командира рапорт з проханням про переведення та відношенням. Переводити чи ні - це право командира. Тому можуть і не погодити. Обов'язок щодо переведення у командування виникає в разі наявності особливих умов: сімейні обставини, інвалідність тощо.
