Recently, our team was asked a question: “Скажіть будь-ласка ,як можна перевестись в іншу частину ,якщо комісія ВЛК ,надала відпустку на відновлення ,но в частині сказали ,щоб я їхав ставив підпис ,а я не зміг ,тому що не зміг рухатись ,які могуть бути наслідки ?”

03.03.2023 13:17:42 Вітаю. Насправді військова частина тут може піти на порушення та записати на Вас не повернення без поважних причин (стаття 407 КК України). Але повірте, якщо справа дійде до суду, в чому я дуже сумніваюсь, Ви будете так званим переможцем. Я раджу спробувати вирішити це питання усно з командуванням.

06.03.2023 09:06:22 Для того щоб перевестися до іншої частини у Вас повинно бути відношення з тієї військової частини,куди Ви плануєте переводитись та написати рапорт . Переведення до іншої частини, в тому числі бойової, чи місцевості відбувається за рішенням командира частини, де ви служите, або керівника вищестоячої воєнної ланки.
