Recently, our team was asked a question: “Перевели в часть, которой по документам не существует. Могут ли дать СЗЧ если я никуда по документам не прибыл”

02.03.2023 14:35:26 Вітаю. Можуть, адже наказ про Ваше переведення точно наявний. Не могли перевести в нікуди, можливо Ви не володієте всією інформацією. Раджу з'ясувати питання на гарячій лінії МОУ.
02.03.2023 15:01:59 Доброго дня! Якщо вам було надано наказ з'явитися в іншу військову частину - ви повинні виконати наказ. Якщо ви наказ не можете виконати з певних причин (наприклад В/Ч не існує) ви повинні доповісти командиру, що видав наказ про те що ви його не можете виконати, це регламентовано ЗУ "Про дисциплінарний статут ЗСУ". СЗЧ можуть дати, якщо ви перебуваєте поза межами військової частини або іншого місця несення служби без відповідного дозволу. Також за не виконання наказу передбачена кримінальна відповідальність.
