Вітаю. У даному випадку, як й в інших випадках, для переведення потрібно мати відношення. Якщо буде відношення із тої частини, куди військовий хоче перевестись, потрібно подавати рапорт. Поважна причина для переведення є, а тому не думаю, що йому відмовлять.

04.12.2022 11:46:52 Для переведення маєте подати рапорт, документи які підтверджують підстави переведення (наприклад висновок ВЛК), відношення - згода командира частини, який приймає на військову службу. Потім командир в/ч готує подання на переведення. І далі за результами приймається рішення (наказ) військового керівника про переведення.
