01.09.2022 21:12:16 Переміщення військовослужбовців здійснюється в разі, коли звільнення їх із посад або призначення на інші посади належить до номенклатури призначення різних посадових осіб. Переміщення осіб рядового складу, сержантського та старшинського складу за наявності обґрунтованих підстав з урахуванням висновків атестування, рекомендацій їх безпосередніх і прямих начальників на підставі клопотань командирів (начальників), які порушили питання про переміщення, здійснюється: між з'єднаннями, військовими частинами, оперативними командуваннями - наказами посадової особи, якій підпорядковані відповідні з'єднання, військові частини та оперативні командування; між видами ЗСУ та військовими частинами, які підпорядковані начальникам структурних підрозділів Генштабу ЗСУ. Для переведення до іншої в/ч (ТРО), треба спочатку отримати відношення з тієї в/ч (ТРО), куда мають намір вас прийняти, після чого вже подавати рапорт на переведення до іншої в/ч (ТРО), разом з цим відношенням з тієї вв/ч (ТРО).
