18.02.2023 19:35:33 Так, передбаченні підстави для відсутність згоди військового для переведення. згідно Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у Збройних Силах України, затвердженого указом Президента України від 10 грудня 2008 року №1153/2008 під час дії особливого періоду та/або правового режиму воєнного стану, можливе переміщення військовослужбовця без його згоди, у тому числі і на нижчестоящі посади. З згода військовослужбовця на переміщення потрібна: · неможливість проходження військовослужбовцем військової служби у місцевості, до якої його переміщують, що підтверджено висновком (постановою) військово – лікарської комісії; · потреба у догляді за непрацездатними чи хворими батьками, дружиною (чоловіком) або особами, які виховували його з дитинства замість батьків і були визначені опікунами та мешкають окремо від сім’ї військовослужбовця, відповідно до документів, які це підтверджують.
