Згідно постанови КМУ 1332 рішення щодо визнання підприємств, установ, організацій критично важливими для функціонування економіки та забезпечення життєдіяльності населення в особливий період, а також критично важливими для забезпечення потреб Збройних Сил, інших військових формувань в особливий період, які є чинними станом на 1 грудня 2024 р., зберігають свою чинність протягом строку, на який вони прийняті, але не довше ніж до 28 лютого 2025 року. Після цього терміну компанії повинні отримати нове рішення про визнання їх критично важливими. Щодо нової перевірки, то це лише чутки.
14.01.2025 11:23:39 Вітаю. Усі критично важливі підприємства повинні підтвердити свій статус до 28 лютого 2025 року відповідно до нових критеріїв.
14.01.2025 23:11:28 Згідно чинного порядку орган, що визнав підприємство критичним, буде здійснювати на постійній основі моніторинг відповідності підприємств критеріям критичності.
