Recently, our team was asked a question: “Являють курсантом. Проходжу навчання. Чи можу я залишити навчання (ще півтора роки до закінчення ) і піти служити до бойової частини. Як це зробити? Чи можу я розірвати контракт по навчанню?”

28.02.2023 12:29:53 Добрый день вы можете оставить обучение и пойти воевать.Но для этого не нужно нечего расторгать вы просто можете написать заявление в деканате о том что вы желаете взять академический отпуск к примеру на год и потом его продлить. Также как возьмете отпуск вы можете пойти в военкомат пройти медицинскую комиссию и написать рапорт и пойти служить в армию.
28.02.2023 17:26:21 Згідно законодавства контракт про навчання припиняється (розривається), а курсант відраховується з вищого військового навчального закладу, військового навчального підрозділу закладу вищої освіти з ініціативи курсанта за наявності підстав, передбачених підпунктами "б", "ґ", "ж" пункту 1, підпунктами "б" та "ґ" пункту 2 частини п’ятої статті 26 Закону України "Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу". Зазначеної Вами підстави законодавство не містить.
28.02.2023 21:15:53 Вітаю. Раджу звернутись із цим питання до командування закладу освіти. Скоріше за все, Вам відмовлять, але спробуйте. Якщо Ви розірвете контракт, то прийдеться компенсовувати кошти.
