Recently, our team was asked a question: “Які потрібно документи здати для відстрочки від служби мого чоловіка,так як його брат находиться в полоні,числиться як безвісті пропавший,ікуди потрібно ці документи здавати там де він на навчанні чи як буде переведений після навчання в іншу частину.”

Якщо чоловік вже є військовослужбовцем - то підставою для звільнення факт зникнення безвісті брата не є підставою для звільнення. Потрібно перевірити документи а саме коли було мобілізовано, та чи подавалось повідомлення дло РЦКтаСП про надання відстрочки на цій підставі. Також можливо подання позову до суду про визнання наказу про мобілізацію незаконним у зв'язку з наявністю відстрочки. Потрібно вивчати документи
