Якщо більш ускладнена форма, то є шанс отримання відстрочки. Непридатними до військової служби є військовозобовʼязані, які мають наступні захворювання нирок: хронічні захворювання нирок (хронічний гломерулонефрит, хронічний первинний пієлонефрит, амілоїдоз нирок тощо), ускладнені ХНН 2-4 ступеня або ХХН IV-V стадій.
