15.02.2023 13:50:20 У разі оголошення рішення про проведення мобілізації та (або) введення правового режиму воєнного стану за рішенням посадових осіб, які мають право присвоєння первинних військових звань сержантського і старшинського та офіцерського складу, присвоєння цих звань здійснюється громадянам, які за віком та освітою відповідають визначеним законодавством вимогам, з одночасним прийняттям їх на військову службу за контрактом та призначенням на посади з урахуванням потреби в сержантах, старшинах і офіцерах такої спеціальності. Особам рядового складу, призваним на військову службу, може бути присвоєно первинне військове звання сержантського і старшинського складу одночасно з призначенням на посаду сержантського (старшинського) складу без прийняття їх на військову службу за контрактом. Призначення осіб сержантського і старшинського складу на посади осіб офіцерського складу у військових частинах, що утримуються за штатами воєнного часу, здійснюються наказами посадових осіб відповідно до номенкла
