27.04.2023 22:09:02 Згідно з ЗУ Про основи соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю в Україні у разі невідповідності житла (жилих приміщень), в якому проживає особа з інвалідністю, вимогам щодо безперешкодного доступу осіб з інвалідністю і неможливості його пристосування до потреб таких осіб за їх заявою або заявою їх законних представників проводиться заміна такого житла (жилих приміщень) у порядку, передбаченому Житловим кодексом України. Згідно ст. 42-1 Житлового кодексу заміна житла (жилих приміщень), в якому проживає особа з інвалідністю, здійснюється шляхом надання житла (жилого приміщення), за умови передачі займаного житла, що перебуває у приватній власності особи з інвалідністю, у власність територіальної громади. Як наслідок Вам необхідно звернутись до виконавчого комітету районної, міської, районної в місті, селищної, сільської ради .
