10.03.2022 17:17:01 Особливості укладання договору про надання послуг з управління: - Управитель обов’язково повинен виконувати роботи (надавати послуги) визначені Наказом Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України № 190 від 27.07.2018 року. - Договір складається на основі Типового договору. - Рішення про залучення управителя приймається загальними зборами. - Співвласники сплачують кошти на рахунок управителя. - Управитель відповідальний перед співвласниками. - Ціна послуги з управління встановлюється договором управління з розрахунку на один квадратний метр загальної площі житлового або нежитлового приміщення, якщо інше не визначено договором управління. Кошторис витрат на утримання багатоквартирного будинку та прибудинкової території є невід’ємною частиною договору про надання послуг з управління багатоквартирним будинком. - Винагорода управителя визначається за згодою сторін.
