Підписали договір перед відкриттям ТОВ, зараз продаємо бізнес із партнером, раніше було вказано, що поділ 50/50, але я хочу оскаржити ці цифри, бо партнер не брав участі у робочих процесах майже з початку відкриття бізнесу. Напрямок: логістика, ми надаємо транспорт для різних компаній, інколи з водіями, забезпечуємо ремонтні роботи автівок.

Також, має значення яким саме способом проходить процедура відступлення корпоративних прав -спільним договором купівлі-продажу, окремими договорами купівлі-продажу часток, тощо.
