28.07.2022 10:43:31 Знайдіть Статут благодійного фонду та ознайомтесь з вимогами, що стосуються порядку звільнення та розпорядження коштами та порядок формування статуту та розпорядження коштами, щоб володіти інформацією та в разі чого можна було знати свої повноваження. Щодо звернення до поліції, то немає підстав та доказів, що Вас змушували. З рекомендацій контролюйте оплати та витрати. Щодо відповідальності, то керівник підприємства будь-якої форми власності несе відповідальність відповідно до чинного законодавства України, згідно з яким передбачено три види відповідальності, а саме: адміністративна, кримінальна та матеріальна.Кримінальна відповідальність може застосовуватись за ухилення від сплати податків, зборів та інших обов’язкових платежів, службове підроблення та службову недбалість, регулюється нормами Кримінального кодексу України (ККУ), зокрема: -умисне ухилення від сплати податків, зборів (обов’язкових платежів), що входять в систему оподаткування, введених у встановленому законом порядку,

28.07.2022 13:58:54 Доброго дня! Негайно звернутися із відповідною заявою про вчинення злочину до місцевого відділу Нац поліції. Такі дії кваліфікуються як вимагання, відповідальність за вчинення якого визначено приписами ст.189 Кримінального кодексу України. Можна також прохати правоохоронні органи про надання захисту у зв'язку з загрозою Вашого життя та (або) здоров'я. Не хвилюйтеся і дійте! Успіхів!
