02.08.2024 16:31:42 У відповідності до ст. 124 КУпАП порушення учасниками дорожнього руху правил дорожнього руху, що спричинило пошкодження транспортних засобів тягне за собою накладення штрафу в розмірі 850 грн. (електросамокат). Згідно ст. 1166 ЦКУ майнова шкода, завдана неправомірними рішеннями, діями чи бездіяльністю особистим немайновим правам фізичної або юридичної особи, а також шкода, завдана майну фізичної або юридичної особи, відшкодовується в повному обсязі особою, яка її завдала. Тому вартість ремонту автомобіля після участі в ДТП у судовому порядку з Вас може бути стягнута у разі визнання винним у вчиненні адміністративного правопорушення. Комендантська година (пункті 5 ч. 1 ст. 8 ЗУ "Про правовий режим воєнного стану") запроваджується шляхом видання наказу військовою адміністрації (повноваження згідно ЗУ "Про оборону України"). Згідно ст. 210-1 порушення законодавства про оборону тягне за собою накладення штрафу від 170 до 510 гривень. Якщо є виклик то дату, час порушення встановлено.
