Подати заяву в поліцію про викрадення людини та/або перевищення повноважень співробітниками СБУ. Перед цим можна зателефонувати на гарячу лінію СБУ і запитати місцезнаходження друга. По закону людину можуть утримувати до 3 діб. А телефонувати друзям і знайомим - це право людини, якщо не хоче - може не використати його.
