18.02.2022 09:40:51 Доброе утро. Вы как мать имеете право подать заявление в полицию об изнасиловании Вашей дочери либо о принуждении ее к половым отношениям. Но Вы с дочерью должны быть готовы психологически к массе допросов со стороны правоохранителей. Обидчику грозит ограничение либо лишение свободы от 3 до 5 лет, в том случае если Вы докажете что он действовал без согласия Вашей дочери. Спасибо.
21.02.2022 23:33:54 К сожалению, в данной ситуации уже ничего не сделаешь, поскольку ответственность по уголовному кодексу наступает за совершение действий сексуального характера с лицом, не достигшим шестнадцатилетнего возраста, а если Вашей дочери уже было полных 16, то ответственности этот ухажор не будет нести, конечно если это не было изнасилование
