Написати рапорт на отримання допомоги та долучити документи: часткової втрати працездатності без встановлення інвалідності;
завірену копію довідки до акта огляду МСЕК про встановлення групи інвалідності або відсотка втрати працездатності із зазначенням причинного зв'язку інвалідності чи втрати працездатності; висновок ВЛК; документа, що свідчить про причини та обставини поранення (контузії, травми або каліцтва); копію паспорту, копію ідентиф коду.
30.05.2023 13:50:51 Доброго дня. Необхідно звернутися з рапортом на командира частини про перерахунок та сплату грошового забезпечення з урахуванням додаткової винагороди за поранення, до рапорту необхідно докласти копію довідки ВЛК.
30.05.2023 14:20:49 Якщо військова частина саботує виплати – це варто оскаржувати до Штабу оперативного командування, якому підпорядковується частина, а також Міноборони чи Департаменту фінансів МОУ.
