18.08.2022 14:00:23 Вітаю. За станом здоров'я можливо звільнитись лише при наявності постанови ВЛК про непридатність до служби. У разі незгоди з постановою ВЛК, її можна оскаржити до ЦВЛК або в судовому порядку. Також можливо розглянути варіанти звільнення за сімейними обставинами згідно ст 26 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок та військову службу".
18.08.2022 15:54:55 З варіантів, звернення до спеціалізованого медичного закладу як комерційного так і державного, абоДосудовий порядок: необхідно подати заяву про перегляд рішення комісії до ВЛК вищого рівня; до заяви потрібно додати всі документи, надані ВЛК, рішення якої оскаржується; ви повинні зазначити причину перегляду рішення; ви також можете надати результати попередніх медичних досліджень. Судовий порядок: потрібно звернутися з позовною заявою до окружного адміністративного суду за вашим вибором; це може бути суд за місцем проживання або за місцем розташування ВЛК, рішення якої оскаржується; судовий порядок можна використати відразу, не звертаючись до досудового порядку.
