Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мій друг з подряпинами на обличчі потрапив до лікарні. Він працює
екскаваторником на буд майданчику.
Закінчуючи роботу в пʼятницю ввечері, він помітив незакритий каналізаційний люк.
Знаючи, що це може призвести до важких
наслідків для дітей та інших, він опустив на
люк ковш свого екскаватора, закривши
його. Прийшов в понеділок, почав роботу і піднявши ковш, з люка вилізли 2 монтери, які вели в пʼятницю ремонтні роботи. Подряпини на обличчі- наслідки їхньої «бесіди» з другом. Хто порушив
пр.Тр.П?”

06.09.2023 12:31:41 За даною ситуацією, важко однозначно визначити, хто саме порушив працівником тривожний протокол. З одного боку, можна стверджувати, що це були монтери, оскільки вони залишили каналізаційний люк незакритим після ремонтних робіт. З іншого боку, можна стверджувати, що це був сам екскаваторник, оскільки він опустив на люк ковш свого екскаватора і таким чином закрив його. Для точного визначення порушника потрібно провести детальне розслідування та з'ясувати всі обставини події.
07.09.2023 14:34:27 Добрий день! Тут потрібно більше інформації. Чи були якість опізнавальні знаки, що проводяться роботи? Перед тим як опускати ковш потрібно було перевірити, що там нікого немає? Чи було це зроблено?
