Recently, our team was asked a question: “Я проживаю не за місцем реєстрації, але в межах своєї області. Приписне посвідчення втратив. Чи можу я стати на військовий облік в військомат за місцем фактичного проживання і яка процедура?”

25.02.2023 09:37:52 Потрібно: 1. Відновити приписне. 2. Повідомити ТЦКтаСП про зміну місця проживання, взакати адресу майбутньої реєстрації. 3. Стати на військовий облік в ТЦК та СП в новому місці. 4. Задекларувати нове місце проживання в ЦНАП або через ДІЯ.
25.02.2023 10:02:03 Доброго дня! Вам потрібно звернутися лише до свого ТЦК та СП (військомату), де ви перебуваєте на обліку, написати заяву про повторну видачу військового документа, вказавши всі обставини. Після з’ясування цих обставин військовий комісар ухвалює рішення про видачу дубліката.
25.02.2023 11:02:16 Потрібно було стати через 7 днів після зміни місця перебування. За втрату приписного буде адміністратина відповідальність у вигляді адміністративного штрафу. За порушення військового обліку також. Але якщо ваше місце проживання не по прописці, ви не є ВПО, то вас не поставлять на облік . Мають бути докази вашого проживання в певному місці. Просто - "я тут живу" не підходить для постановки на облік.
