Recently, our team was asked a question: “Маємо статус багатодітної сім'ї, від попереднього шлюбу двоє дітей і в шлюбі народженні двоє. Скажіть будьласка чи діюче посвідчення для батьків при розірванні шлюбу? Так склалося що розлучилися но зрозуміли що зробили помилку і хочемо знов зареєструвати шлюб. Чи потрібно нам поновлювати посвідчення після повторного нашого шлюбу?”

07.08.2022 21:58:59 При розлученні статус не втрачається, щодо поновлення посвідчення, то воно діє на термін визначений у ньому або безстроково. Строк дії посвідчення визначається окремо для кожної багатодітної сім’ї. Для продовження строку дії посвідчень до структурного підрозділу районної, районної у мм. Києві та Севастополі держадміністрації, виконавчого органу міської ради подаються довідка про склад сім'ї, копії свідоцтв про народження дітей та/або довідка із загальноосвітнього, професійно-технічного, вищого навчального закладу (для осіб від 18 до 23 років у разі, коли вони навчаються за денною формою навчання). Поновлювати посвідчення не передбачено, можна або виготовити дублікат у разі втрати або виготовити нове.
