10.08.2022 20:55:22 Для відновлення документів, які підтверджують інвалідність, необхідно звернутися до органу соціального захисту, який має доступ до Централізованого банку даних осіб з інвалідністю, та може зробити з нього витяг. Якщо потрібно відновити довідку медико-соціальної експертної комісії, слід звернутися до комісії за місцем перебування. Лікарі МСЕК спільно з лікарями закладів охорони здоров'я підкажуть, як розв'язати проблему. Встановленням інвалідності займаються МСЕКи. МСЕК проводять незалежно від місця реєстрації, проживання або перебування людини. Втім, якщо людина не має можливості прибути до МСЕК, інвалідність їй можуть встановити на підставі направлення заочно. Лікар направляє до лікарсько-консультативної комісії, а та вже – до МСЕК. У відомстві наголошують: внутрішньо переміщеним особам не потрібно укладати декларації з лікарем, що виписує направлення, і такі зміни діятимуть ще шість місяців після скасування воєнного стану.
