23.11.2024 20:52:52 Вітаю. 1) З’ясуйте всі можливі подробиці захоплення у полон військовослужбовця та зберіть відповідні докази та зверніться до Національного інформаційного бюро. 2) Зверніться до Об’єднаного центру з пошуку та звільнення полонених Служби безпеки України. 3) Зверніться до Національної поліції. 4) Зверніться до Координаційного штабу з питань поводження з військовополоненими. 5) Зверніться до військової частини, де проходив службу військовополонений. 6) Очікуйте інформацію щодо статусу військовополоненого. НІБ контактуватиме з вами у випадку, якщо буде необхідно з’ясувати додаткову інформацію, а також для підтвердження інформації про те, що військовослужбовець перебуває в полоні. Списки звільнених осіб не розголошуються навіть після повернення з полону з міркувань безпеки.

Ви можете зателефонувати на безкоштовну гарячу лінію за номером 0 800 300 529 або звернутися до громадської приймальні в Києві за адресою: вул. Спаська, 37 чи у вашому регіоні. Також рекомендую подати заяву до Національного інформаційного бюро за коротким номером 1648 або +38 (044) 287-81-65 (для дзвінків з-за кордону). Ці органи координують зусилля щодо повернення військовополонених та надають підтримку родинам.
