03.02.2023 13:49:04 Дуже складно, відверто кажучи. В суді потрібно мати залізні докази того, що Вами була передана певна сума позичальнику, на певний строк і так далі. Для Вашого розуміння - інколи суди навіть відхиляють позови про стягнення боргу на підставу розписки. Що вже говорити про усний борг. Тому якщо сума невелика - раджу забути про судовий спосіб стягнення боргу.
