20.01.2021 22:38:42 Доброго дня. Ви можете повернути собі частину витрат (18 відсотків) за навчання у вигляді податкової знижки. Знижку можна отримати до 31 грудня поточного року виключно на витрати за минулий рік. Оформити її може студент або його мати, батько, дружина. Умови для отримання знижки - громадянство України та не бути приватним підприємцем. Гроші переводяться на ваш банківський рахунок протягом 60 днів після надходження пакету документів до державної фіскальної служби (паспорт, код, декларація про майно та доходи, довідку про з/п, копія договору навчання, квитанцій про оплату навчання, докази спорідненості (якщо родич подає заяву), реквізити банку. Для підрахунку суми знижки вартість навчання помножте на 0,18 та буде якась комісія невелика після всієї процедури. Не відшкодовується навчання за кордоном, курси, тренінги, семінари і інше

20.01.2021 23:03:07 Повернути частину коштів можливо. Кошти повертаються: студенту, його батькам, чоловіку або дружині, якщо такі є. Отримати кошти може той, хто офіційно працює за трудовим договором та сплачує податок на доходи фізичних осіб. Повернути кошти можливо за навчання як в державному, так і приватному вузі. За поверненням коштів треба звернутись до Державної фіскальної служби за місцем вашої реєстрації. Потрібно подати такі документи: паспорт, ідентифікаційний код, декларацію про майновий стан та доходи, довідку про заробітну плату (за формою №3), копію договору з навчальним закладом, копії квитанцій про оплату навчання, заяву із зазначенням реквізитів рахунку для перерахування відшкодування. Реквізити рахунку мають бути вказані у новому міжнародному форматі - IBAN. Строк выплати відшкодування - 60 календарних днів з дня подання пакету документів до Державної фіскальної служби. Документи можуть бути подані протягом року, до 31 грудня.
