Документи по дитині на матері. Але батько займається сім’єю ,заробляє кошти,працює сам на себе на ринку і піклується про дітей. Матір сама зиму не витягне з дітьми. Як можна оскаржити призов?”

17.09.2022 22:59:45 Оскаржити можна проте варто спробувати спочатку мирно домовитись, потім поскаржитись і лише тоді оскаржувати, так як процес скарг затяжний та тривалий. Тобто, спершу варто сходити в військкомат з документами, а саме свідоцтвом про народження дитини (інваліда) документами, що підтверджують інвалідність дитини, довідкою про склад сім'ї. Наступний етап скарги, на неправомірні дії працівників військкомату, так як батько дитини інваліда має право на відстрочку відповідно до ст. 23 ЗУ Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію. Скарги на незаконні дії представників "військкомантів", які пов'язані із процесом мобілізації, можна повідомити усно на гарячі лінії Міноборони: 0-800-500-410, 0-800-500-442, 044-454-44-99. Скарги на порушення законодавства України під час мобілізації можна подати керівнику Центру комплектування та соціальної підтримки (воєнкому). Важливо, щоб скарга містила детальний опис порушення та клопотання про припинення порушення.
