Доброго дня. Законодовством не передбачено де саме повинні вручати повістки, так, що вручення в метро, на вулиці чи на зупинках не є протиправним, головне, щоб повістка була оформлена по всім правилам та видана компетентними на те людьми, а саме працівниками ТРЦ. Дякую.
